Special Kids may affect social communication, speech and language developments in many ways.

A person that suffers from special syndrome may experience the following speech problems:

• Babbling with word-like sounds.
• The children maybe not talk at all.
• Often repeat what another person says.
•  Even though he or she using the right phrases and sentences, they will express them with unexpressive tone of voice.
• Like talking in musical way or hum.
• Robotic-like speech.
• Always crying, shrieking, and makes harsh sounds.

Thus, they need to face one or more of these communication challenges:

• Understanding the meaning of words or symbols.
• Creativity of language.
• Memorizing of things heard without knowing what have been said.
• Understanding the words that outside the context that they have learned.
• Conversation skills including body gesture and eye contact.

Because of those challenges, children with special syndrome need to do more than just learn how to speak such as how to hold a communication, how to use language properly and also turning into verbal and nonverbal cues (tone of voice, body language, and facial expression).
