What is Urinary Incontinence?
Most people try to ignore their urinary incontinence and don't let anyone know. Soon, others will know because it will produce a bad smell within their body.
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary leakage of urine from the urinary bladder. This is a common problem that can affect both sexes but women are more commonly affected.
Urine is normally prevented from leaking by the urinary sphincter, which is a tight ring of muscle at the neck of the bladder and the support of the muscles at the bottom of your pelvic. Voluntary passing of urine involves relaxing the sphincter and pelvic floor muscles, together with a gentle contraction of the bladder muscle.
All these Urinary Incontinence conditions comes from the weakness of the Kidney and Urinary Bladder's energy and "Qi" system, therefore the muscles of the blader and pelvic floor cannot function properly, some may be due to anxiety.
