- NO heaty food – BBQ, burn, deep fried. (Example : Sate & BBQ)
- LESS meat intake.
- NO hot & spicy food – Chilli, pepper, black pepper.
- NO sesame.
- NO lamb and beef.
ACTIVITIES
- DON’T stand long under the sun or heaty place.
- DON’T stay long in the kitchen.
- DON’T talk or give long lecture.
- DON’T spend long hours directly on PC or electronic gadgets.
IMPORTANT!!
- Drink enough water at least 10 glasses of fluid or 2.5 liter of water in 24 hours.
- Pear is your good friend, should take it everyday.
