**2 Ways of cleaning organic and non-organic vegetables**
- Soak vegetables.
- For leafy vegetables: need to soak with salt water for about 1 hour++.
- For non leafy vegetables: need to soak with salt water for 3 – 6 hours.
- Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt till boiling. Then, put 1kg of vegetables into the boiled water and stir it for 10 seconds. After that, take the vegetables out and wash it with normal water.
