Cancer Diet List

Only cleaned vegetables and fruits are allowed.

Vegetables

  1. Sweet Potatoes Leaves
  2. French beans
  3. Long beans

  6. Potatoes
  7. Beetroot
  8. Lady Finger
  9. Marrow
  10. Onion
  11. Tomatoes
  12. Cabbage
  13. Barley
  14. Ginkgo

Fruits

  1. Guava
  2. Soursop
  3. Passion Fruit
  4. Lemon
  5. Green Apple
  6. Green Pear
  7. Papaya
  8. Berries
  9. Green apple (if ozoned)

Others

  1. Brown rice
  2. Millet / Quinoa
  3. Olive oil
  4. Garlic
  5. Buckwheat
  6. Home-made noodles / rice noodles
  7. Turmeric

**2 Ways of cleaning organic and non-organic vegetables**

  1. Soak vegetables.
    • For leafy vegetables: need to soak with salt water for about 1 hour++.
    • For non leafy vegetables: need to soak with salt water for 3 – 6 hours.
  2. Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt till boiling. Then, put 1kg of vegetables into the boiled water and stir it for 10 seconds. After that, take the vegetables out and wash it with normal water.

IMPORTANT!!

  • Drinks more cups of organic fruit juice and add a little of organic garlic.
  • Sugar and glucose are cancer cells food. It encourage them to grow faster.
  • Pesticide chemicals are the most common contributor for cancer.
  • Red meat is also not to be taken when having cancer and stress.
  • Make sure do not take non-organic or organic fruits and vegetables before soak/boil with salt.
  • The best diet is only very well cleaned vegetables. And if the person want to have meat, just take a little of non toxic fish.
  • Must sleep 8 hours or more.
  • Turmeric CAN be used in cooking.
