SLIPPED DISC CAUSE |
There is several cause of having slipped disc such as weak and cold kidney, physical injury and uneven pressure placed on the disc. A slipped disc occurs when the circle of connective tissue which the tissue that provides support and structure to other tissues and organs are surrounding the disc breaks down. These allow the soft, gel-like part of the disc swell and protrude out. |

There is no exact cause of the connective tissue to break down. Most of the cases of this slipped disc are increasing age’s reasons. As you getting older and older, your spinal discs start to lose their water content, making them less flexible and more likely to rupture or we can call as spilt.
The following factors can put increased pressure and strain on your spine. There are:
- Bending awkwardly which is walking more than a few yards
- Having a job that involves heavy or awkward lifting
- Having a job that involves lots of sitting particularly driving
- Smoking
- Being overweight
- Participating in a weight-bearing sport, such as weight lifting
- Having a traumatic injury to your back, such as a fall or car accident and spinal cord injury
- Many people had improper posture and improper ways of bending forward

All of the above situations or events can weaken the disc tissue, which will lead to a slipped disc. An outcome of improper habits of bending, along with this any accidents that might have caused direct or indirect pressure on the spinal cords, improper lifting, frequent and improper turning and twisting of back causing high pressure and strain on the spines. |
